i posted here statin i had gen1 airbox complete forsale for 25tyd as im sure alot of you'll have seen. this guy pm me and stated he wanted to buy it and i sent him paypal info and then he ask if it came with bottom cover and i said yes the cover that the 5 bolts bolt down to the tb's and thats exactly wat i sent him. the seller never made his self clear on exactly wat cover he needed and here is original thread to the add below where i had the airbox listed. you can clearly see its just the airbox and thats exactly wat i ship you so how am i fraud. if anything you dont no how to read a seller description very well :headshake

not knowing what cover i needed? on the bottom of the box there is only 1 and reguardless of if there was more then 1 at the bottom of the box you didnt send any. Stop trying to play off your mistake by playing dumb.

 

this guy doesnt know when to accept he is wronge. once again he just states it comes with the cover and five bolts that that connect to the tb.. heres a picture of the bottom of box, notice there is no bolts or plates, just holes from the item he didnt send.

can barly see two top holes at left and right sides but there they are, 5 of them missing the plate he just said it came with.

 

im guessing he does this to every SQUID. i paid him over 300 dollars for an extension kit i clearly told him was for an 09 zx6r. he assured me his kit which he paid over 600 dollars for would fit...extensions did not fit my bike. he mention that a bolt had broken off while removing from his bike, telling me just to re-thread it. the whole female threaded area had a 1/4 inch peice missing making it impossible to screw anything in. any ways i texted him what my problem was with the kit. i told him i was cool about the messed up threaded hole since i could weld them on to my swingarm (easy fix) but the rear shaft would not go through either side of the extension. i told him that the rear wheel shaft outer diameter was too thick and wouldnt go through extension. he just replied that he never had that problem. i never did anything about it, i never brought it to the forums attention. i know i did wrong for not doing so and perhaps this guy that bought the incomplete air box wouldnt of gotten stooped. sorry about that. anyways. when i joined the zx-10r forum, one of my first posts was a need gen1 parts post and he offered though PM his air box and front seat. i ignored him. then he PM'd me again and i replied back what he did wrong...zxracer hasnt replied back. I know he knows he screwed me over with 3XX bux. MODs should honestly ban this guy from this forum. and yes i still have the PMs and Texts explaining to him what bike and year it was for.

wat i meant in post up top was the bottom peice of the airbox where the 5 bolts bolt to. this guy was looking for different peice and if you click on the link where i posted you can clearly see its just the airbox and thats wat i sent him bc thats wat i had posted in the add so if he needed something else then he shouldve made his self more clearer.

 

ive bought multiple items from 4 people with under 5 trader ratings and never had a problem, i figured with his being above average things would go smoothly as well, i was wrong. The box was up for sale for a long time i guess he just wanted to unload it and said whatever he could to do so.

 

yep and wat does it matter how long its been posted got to do with anything. you pm me statin you wanted it so that means you clearly seen the add/pics and if you be honest on here thats exactly wat you got so you can keep goin on how im fraud if you want but you and me both no wat you seen in the add is exactly wat you received. i can see if i posted a pic of a part in the add and you didnt receive it but thats not the case bc you got wat was posted in the add.

 

Hope this gets straightened out but this isn't the place for this. PM one of the mods and see about moving it to the Buyer/seller feedback section.

 

Apparently this guy was looking for the caps on the tb's. clearly as the OP posted the plate as ZX described is there as he said. That is the plate that mounts directly to the TB's.

OP if you don't know, or clearly know how to explain exactly what you need or want then that's your fault...

that is part of the air box, why would i ask if it came with an extra part if im referring to a part built into the bottom of the airbox? your statement doesnt make sense. and your picture doesnt show the bottom of the airbox so for all i know its on there in the picture, why i asked before purchasing so you can stop bringing up your picture because it doesnt show the underside of the airbox.

That is a separate part. This issue seems more like a mis-communication, than any intentional wrongdoing.

Edit: Adding a pic. I'm assuming the black plastic thing is what we are talking about.

 

zx racer sold me a "stock seat with no rips or tears" that was shaved and had two holes in it. I don't even know why he bothered to ship it when he knew it was not as described. I had to pay to ship the seat back to him and after a couple weeks after he received the seat back he finally gave me a refund.

I didn't make a thread over it because it was over a $45 seat but I see he's starting to have a pattern of bad transactions.

 

Hey now that all of this is coming out in the open ..i am tinking ya i bought a "new" sprocket off of zxracer..when i recieved it it was clearly used not much but definately used...i paid full price for a used sprocket...buyer beware a good deal isnt always as it seems...

The best way to cover yourself when selling items online is to take mutiple pics even if it seems silly. 3 pics would have kept this transaction from ending up this way. top bottom and a close up. As a buyer always request more pics. Its so easy on forums for people to think the part they are decribing is the actual part when in fact its not the corrrect name or usaul piece that comes attached to that certain part.

I am familiar with ZX racer from ZX6Zone.com and i had been here on the forum a short while when he came to the forum and thought id keep my mouth shut as long as things went smoothly. I left zx6zone cause of the lack of integrity over there (i got pissed they wouldnt ban him for shady deals). Apparently he was involved in some shady deals over on zx6zone and has been banned from some other Kawi forums for shady dealing. He and i got into it a little bit over on the other forum so i decided to let sleeping dogs lie over here when he got here and maybe get a fresh start, but this isnt good news. Ya'll do yer own research on his buying/selling on other forums and ill let ya decide. I hate that this popped up and i could've opened my mouth earlier about it and saved someone some grief but i try real hard these days to NOT stir shit up, even as fun as it can be at times.:lol: Besides what was i gonna say if he hadnt done any shady dealing over here? Plus he's been helpful in threads so i just stay shut up. But the shady dealing shit hasnt only happened over here. Just felt like its time to open my mouth here if only to save someone some grief. You shouldn't feel bad about not bringing it up. If he had changed and was trying to be honest you would have gotten a lot of crap for trying to bring him down. Better now that it has happened once to bring it up.

To the OP/Buyers and ZX

First off OP you posted in the wrong section and I had to move it to this section which brings me to my next point to buyers on this site. I took the time to create a Sticky called http://www.zx-10r.net/forum/showthread.php?t=48629 and in that sticky it suggests searching for members about their selling history not just how many Itrader feedback one has(I suspect the OP never seen or researched that as well) :wink:


........which brings me to the last point ZX although this is a buyer, buy at your own risk Classified section it doesn't mean this site needs to turn a blind eye and Ignore it. Classified privileges can be taken away at anytime for any suspicion of a bad seller or buyer it's more a privilege not a right like a driving license.

What I suggest is anyone that has a bad sale event use the Itrader feedback and/or use the buyer/seller Forum here to express your experience....nicely :wink: usually it will get resolved real quick at that point but don't expect Moderators to turn it into a full time job that's why the tools like Itrader/Buyer/Sellers feedback was created. :wink:

We meaning the Moderators will not take down any threads there unless both parties agree.

im sure thats the part the OP was talking about. he did mention that he asked zxracer if it was included BEFORE he would pay for it. at least thats what i read in the begining.

 

i honestly think ZXracer could of avoided any of this as well if he would be a bit more of a SPORT and just send the other piece if he still had it. or simply return the money and the OP would of paid for shipping.

im new to this forum, i know but i would not lie about such. plus his negligence to counter reply vs my posts about him should hint out im telling the truth.

i didn't start my own thread because i was new to the whole forums stuff. i would only buy all my stuff off e-bay since that was the only thing i knew. also the zx6r forum which is where it all happened had no mod and looking at his trader rating and post count, i was sure to get bashed by others no doubt.

now that i registered on this forum and i posted that i needed certain parts, he goes and texts me that he has some parts that i am looking for. after 2 days of ignoring his text, he PMs me mentioning the items again. so i finally just told him straight out that what he did was wrong. he never replied to my message after and until now he doesn't say anything after what i posted, not even admit that he did a bad transaction deliberately.

yeah he might have a lot of rep on sites and in all honesty i bought from him because of the positive trader rating he had, but i guess that trader rating is as fake as he is. the guy is scum and pathetic and in all honesty should be banned or prohibited from further sales in this forum. its conniving people like ZXracer that downgrade forums and make people that actually work hard for what they have, think twice about purchasing on the for sale sections.

mods, if i stepped out of line by calling ZXracer; fake, pathetic, scum, conniving. i apologize and accept the forum consequences on breaking these rules.

 

Scathing words, I'd rater buy brand new than risk this guy, is there a way to set a personal flag against a forum member just to remind ones self to not deal with that user? Like my own personal black list?

Either that or I just don't buy anything off of any of this forums users to be safe. (See how bad traders affect other perfectly honest traders?)
