I too am from L.A- Sherman Oaks to be exact. And I am a brand new owner of a platinum ZX-10... well, let me qualify that- I WILL be a brand new owner of a platinum ZX-10 as of this Sunday! I am pretty much bouncing off the walls over getting the bike and I am sure as heck finding it tough to concentrate here at work!

I am probably a little older than a lot of guys here- 39. Been riding for 29 years. I currently drive a Honda Valkyrie (with a few mods). I really love the Valk but I need something a little better (i.e smaller) for the lane split since my company is relocating. The ZX-10 should be great for that and then I still have the Valk for long distances.

Before the Valk I drove a VFR 800 for years. The last Kawi I owned was an '89 ZX-750R. I really loved that bike even though the electrical system gave out and it cost me some serious $$ to fix.

Ok, before I ramble on anymore, just thought I would introduce myself and get my first post out of the way!
