Gen6 Out the Door Pricing?

I'm seriously considering getting a new Gen6. Looking for a non-abs black model. MSRP is $16,399. For anyone who's actually bought one, what did you wind up paying? These bikes are quite abundant, so I would think there are deals to be had.

@ZXTOM in that case, I would rather just buy the 600. I will never pay a new bike price for a used bike. If we can all be honest with each other, only the fastest riders are actually faster on a 1000 than a 600, unless we're talking highway pulls. I know I can corner at least as fast on my r3 as I can on my zx10r.
