Hi, the clutch cable is making the bars sort of hard to turn right. The cable seems to be tight and is rubbing the frame before it passes through the forks. (Just after the holder that also holds the throttle cables). Is this an old cable or is it adjusted wrong? The routing appears correct as per the manual. Thanks, you guys and girls rock!

If its a gen3 then yes the cable seems to short, there was and possibly still is longer after market ones available, but to be fair although tight i don't think it should be restricting the turning. Have you looked under the side panels maybe its not routed there correctly. If you screw the lever end right in & take all the slack up on the bottom of the cable maybe you can created some slack too.
