help

bike ran great for 3 days now again runs really rough backfires sounds terrible splutters.....guessing book dealer with computer systems check: could be many things to check... any ideas as hoping its not wiring loom or electrical
got 63 code only exhaust servo which had for ages....so no...dropped bike last year but ran smooth for 4 mths after 3 mths repairing it ( broke shoulder so didnt rush ) ..must say plugs looked really black so will install new ones tomorrow and ordered fuel pump as a second option.. called dealer and they advised plugs...then fuel pump and they quoted $800 bucks supply and fit for a fuel pump....crazy price

Video would be really helpful. Black plugs indicate running rich. Is the air filter clean? What makes you think it's the fuel pump? Wouldn't run out to buy or replace without a pressure test first.
when the pump, is starting to fail....

in hi speed, the engine just goes very very lean and the bike looses power..

some times I have had pumps measure nice in the pressure test, then after 30min running the bike, they just start to fail. (typical gixxer 07+ problem)

I would start
spark plugs
air filter
clean the injectors.

clean the pump and see if there is something wrong... you can clean the pump filter a bit with carb cleaner...

see if there is any air line (map) or any cable loose.
