sorry for the english.
I have 2 questions regarding Throttle bodies sync on zx10r 04. I hope someone can help.

1.The service manual asks not to turn on the ignition switch while any of the DFI connectors are disconnected. so what happens during Throttle bodies sync (airbox out, inlet air temparture sensor disconnected). Does the FI indicator LED light go on during sync ? does it go off after the job is done and the sensor is reconnected ? the computer memorise the fault anyway, doesn't it?)

2.The way to sync the TB is using the adjusting screw (for main butterflies), located at the buttom of the TB between no. 2 and 3 for the pairs (1,2) and (3,4) and the pilot screws. But there is another screw on the subthrottle on upper side. there is no reference to the screw in the service manual, nor to adjusting the subs. Is it factory setting screw, because it doesn't look like.
It looks exactly like the main adj. screw at the buttom.

no, you wont throw a code syncing with the temp sensor out of the box, just pop the sensor out of the box and leave it connected during sync. you stated the correct procedure for syncing, balance 1-2 and 3-4 blades with the screw between the sets and fine tune with air screws.
