Just finishing up porting the head, now its going to get a valve job on a serdi millenium, I also had the crank balanced, and I will balance and prep the piston before they go back in.
Kawi race cam will be set up for upper top end power.
I am waiting on main bearings and rod bearings and I will start to put it together.

I am expecting in the area of 175-177 h.p.
But I might not ever know it will not be on a dyno anytime soon
all tunning is real world tunning.

To both questions asked about valve size,It has stock valves.
My finish on the ports are hush hush lets say a bit more than most
guys who port use, I find you dont lose alot of flow, but get better
atomizing from the fuel and make more power.

You should order hi comp. pistons while you wait for the headwork.

I am still working on that with the owner he is not budging right now.

just 175??? I have 172 with out porting , cams, by the way that was before I take the engine . I expect to see 180 + on your bike. good luck
