i just adjusted my suspension according to my weight(175 with street clothes) and sag. All i can say is wow, what a difference it made. now i can carve the shit out of corners that i was a little hesitant in before. and i used to have a little headshake hear and there, but this just eliminated it or atleast reduced it to a minimal. here's what i set it to

ft. preload= 5.5 lines showing
ft. rebound=4 clicks out from hardest position
ft. compression=7 clicks out from hardest position

rr. preload= 1/2in of thread showing, or 12.7mm
rr. rebound= 1.5 turns out from hardest position
rr compression= 3.5 turns out from hardest position

hope this helps, and if anyone has and even better suspension setup for my weight, let me hear it so i can compare and possibly experiment with the two. thanks, im out.
