When did the check box disappear for removal? I am starting a completely new tune from stock
Europe settings and I no longer see the checkbox in any of the bin definitions.

Just checked now, its still there for Gen 4 and Gen 3. I see no issues with any of the Gen 4 bin files Top Speed Limiter check box missing.

Maybe screen resolution on your computer is reducing the size of the pop up window? That's all I can think of.

Too many late nights in a row! I knew it had to be there, but I couldn't find it last night. Thanks for just acknowledging it was there so I would keep looking till I found it.
