Everything is intertwined so it can be dangerous just to go 50/50 on something like that, looking at the stock injector balance it is mainly the lower injector all the way, even at 100% it is still 70.3 lower injector & 29.7 upper injector. Obviously they both have to add up to 100 combined. Looking at the stock numbers they only change by 2 up to a maximum of 5.8 then lower again over the TPS range. Did you go 50/50 over the whole rev range? Or at a certain TPS?
I went 50/50 In the 87/100 throttle position columns above 8000 RPM to redline.

BTW...Today I had a chance to take a spin with the Low Power Mode Arm Ripper map and let me tell ya...the beast rips and the response as the RPMs climb is all out smooth!! Nice work. :) I noticed that some of your mapshares elevation changes. What your approximate elevation and do you actually dyno tune your bike to get the HP number or is it your butt dyno numbers that you list with maps?

Thanks

I just put the stock HP numbers the 2016 was advertised with in Australia, 206HP or with ram air 216HP.

I work on the waterfront as a wharfie so the elevation I just average out to 30 feet, if I am at home it could be 300 but not much difference.

All of my tunes are Woolich AutoTunes done with real air ram air!!! Lol

Gotcha!! I'm at 540 ft. so was just wondering what the true offset for me was. Does the bike like an across the board AFR or do you have it auto-tuned to where the it riches/leans out as the RPM increase? You can tell you really put some work in your tunes.

Thanks

I use the Woolich Racing AFR tables that load up when I open my autotune log files. I could enter my own AFR numbers but I just use the standard Woolich Racing ones and let it adjust to suit the data/log files I create when riding.

There is so much adjustability with Woolich I have to draw the line somewhere or I will be Autotuning for years, squeezing more HP out. I am pretty happy with the 3 maps I have now on my latest mapshare. It is flying on all maps.

Your maps are definitely premium.

The weather has been great in my area for the past few days so I had a chance to put @Ashley latest map share tune through the paces, and out of all the maps that I've flashed to date (purchased/free) this map definitely rules them all. :) The throttle response and instant acceleration is phenomenal. Great job Ashley!

Hi Ashley, Thank you for your contribution !!!
I have a 2017 Zx10R and just purchased the Woolich racing tune. Was just wondering what was the difference between the 2 maps you have uploaded? and which one should I go with? is the Armripper the latest map that I should go with?

1) Upper & Lower Injector Autotune 3rd April 2022

2) ARMRIPPER 2023 VERSION

Thnx in advance.

I'll try to assist you and when @Ashley reads or responds to this, he can correct me if I'm wrong.

The Upper/Lower April 2022 mapshare is same as the ArmRipper map. The only difference between the 2 is that for the ArmRipper mapshare he incorporated a 1:1 ETV mapping, where the throttle opens up to 100% at the 0.5 throttle position. This was assigned to the Low Power mode in the ArmRipper map. Besides that both maps are more or less identical where the throttle gradually opens up as the throttle position/RPMs increases, and they are mapped to both tunes except for the Low Power Mode in the ArmRipper mapshare.

At this moment I'm strictly running the ArmRipper map using the Low Power mode tune.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Zed X Ten!

Correct the 2023 is the latest. Not sure if Woolich is transferring all of the other data as well like it should, Autoblipper settings and the disable list in Advanced settings but 99% of it shares. If you need those settings let me know they are only a screenshot.

Basically the ZX-10R can have 3 different fuel maps and ETV maps so on Full power is the KRT Race ETV and Autotuned, Medium power is basically just the factory Kawasaki Full power ETV and autotuned and Low power has the new 1:1 ETV and Autotuned. Alot more detail in there but that is the basic description of the setup.

Enjoy!

Thanks Ashley,
I will flashing my ECU on the weekend, will it possible to share the settings for the autobliper settings and disable list in Advanced settings just in case they are not included.

Advanced settings. I run a 200/55/17 rear tyre, if you use a 190/55/17 or other size just update the diameter specs for the rear wheel.

I'm glad you posted this because I haven't updated my flash to reflect my new tire sizes. Other than for accurate speedometer purposes, have you noticed any anomalies after you changed the tire circumference information?

Thanks

No anomalies, I have the AIM MXK10 Dash and use the GPS Speedometer on that so the tyre size has no impact on speedo.
Ok thanks....I have the AIM MXK10 as well but the GPS unit doesn't work so mines is defaulted to the ECU for speed data. I think the GPS connector on the back of the dash has somehow loosen up to where it's not connected securely, and to be honest, I just don't want to go through the hassle of breaking everything down again just to see if that's the issue.
