Woolich Auto Tune and Decat problem

Just fitted the wideband to my bike after getting the bung welded into my de cat pipe.
I have been out four or five times for rides, letting the bike create a nice map, and so far it seems to be doing a good job.

However anything below 4000RPM is bloody awful, if i get into a built up area and need to ride at 30mph the bike sounds and feels terrible, and instead of a constant engine note, its more like i have a pit lane limiter fitted, with the engine note going up and down.

Once i get up to 4000rpm it smooths out and its fine again.

But trying to keep a constant throttle at low revs is difficult.

I have double checked everything, Air valve is blocked off, cylinder maps are unified and O2 and exhaust valve options turned on.

Anyone else with a decat having any problems like this ? or any info on what i could do in the Woolich system to try and smooth it out

I know what you experiencing , i have the same thing , although is getting better as the IAP map is getting complete and as i have change the EVT map. I think removing the CAT and exhaust valve, the demand for fuel at lower RPM is higher , once the IAP map is set, this problem is less . make sure setting the header length and diameter correctly then write the auto tune to the IAP and TPS map after 5-6 times of riding, then you will have smoother lower RPM.
I have the header width and length set, I will take it for a few more rides and see if it starts to smooth it out, and hopefully that's all it is

NixK7, how is your low rpm ride now? Any advices?

I've improved that rpm area lot making maps on range very much more rich, but still work to do.
Still not running as smooth as it should, dropped the AFR in the low RPM region to 13 which seems to have improved it slightly.

Seems to be worse if the throttle is "just" opened a fraction, in fact, sometime if i just come off the throttle stop, and hold the throttle steady, the bike will speed up and slow down all on its own, i am wondering if there is a problem with the ride by wire system, as every time you flash the ECU you need to start and stop the bike twice to re learn the throttle, i wonder if there are errors creeping in during the relearn process
yeah im still having some problems too. Have an M4 street slayer and bike in 2nd gear 4k rpm feels and sounds terrible. Almost like its on 2 cylinder. I have built a few maps between the street and 3 trackdays and still have an issue. Measured header and diameter and still.

Why did you go auto tune and the other stuff/
After you built a map reduce the Auto tune to 60-70% , EVT map need to be change at lower RPM for opening too , that will help , I can say i have my map to what I like , still waiting for fuel cut off from woolich, that makes a difference too.

My Woolich autotune maps are very nice 5k and above. I also wait "fuel cut off" feature and I believe then full range will be nice. Till that, i have city mode on medium power (full power but manually adjusted for city cruise) and when get out of city switch on full power autotuned maps, where rpms are all of time above 5k.

I have same issue. I got popping and backfire off on off throttle but when I just open fraction of throttle bike struggles.

What did you alter on the ETV map, did you increase or decrease the values

As we have same issue to solve, PM me your email and I can send you my map for your review.
I did decrease the values , it will open up lot slower then what manufacture set it at . I believe because we change the exhaust and back pressure on engine, the opening of throttle need to be change too,
with stock EVT map the bike was very jumpy from on/off throttle and just keeping the bike around 40-50 MPH in second gear was impossible,
