Have just bought this from a friend , however he was 140lbs and i,m 210. he bought it used with spring marked up as 80-165, the question is will this be suitable for my weight...obvious answer is try it but before i fit it i may want to get the spring replaced and poss service:dontknow:

If the 80 in 80-165 is the rate in N/mm, then the spring rate converts to around 456 pound/inch. You want a spring around 600 pound/inch. With that much of a rate change you would really need to have it rebuilt/reshimed. Lots of good suspension shops in the UK to do the work, your call if the added cost is worth it.

if its the triple clicker, then not all shops have the right tool for it (my local one didnt). mines ended having to go to K-Tech although obviously FTR can do it too.
