What's that sound??

Hey guys, I've been noticing my 10 making a clacking noise from around the clutch area. Every other post I've come across suggests swapping the cct but I'm using a manual. The sound comes and go and seems to happen more when it's warm out.

If anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. I'm going to be taking the clutch cover off and also check the starter in a few weeks when I have access to a garage.

Thanks

Nothing to worry about. Let me guess, once the bike is fully warmed up, the sound is mostly gone? Straight cut gears are noisy. Could be wear in the clutch basket too. Does it get quiet when you have the clutch lever pulled in? How about if you are stopped in 1st gear with lever pulled in?
Thanks for the reply.

The sound does die down a bit when the bike gets hotter. I'm only concerned because I've never heard the clunk as loud as this before but then again it's been the hottest week of the year.

The clutch was replaced about 8k ago and I don't believe the basket was worn out. Also nothing I do with the clutch changes the sound whatsoever. Maybe I should try some thicker oil for the next month?
