What's that sound?

I noticed whenever I power wheelie, there's this hard click noise and I can feel it when it happens. I'll typically be doing 30-40mph and hit the throttle, simultaneously, there's the hard click and then it's gone but the sound usually makes me sit it back down. I just noticed this but I also just learned to do decent power wheelies so I'm guessing it may be the chain/sprocket? Haven't gotten a chance to look yet but was wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and if I'm thinking in the right direction with the chain.

i had the same issue on my old gen 1. check your chain slack. if the chain is good it could be the clutch basket rivets
better check/adjust/lube your chain & sprockets
Check the frame for cracks, hope it's nothing major!
Just to follow up, it was the chain/sprockets. I was literally snapping the teeth off the old sprockets.
