Ok i have a 06' zx10 and im having the valves checked for the first time, ive racked up about 22,000miles and is occasionally drag raced so im going to assume the valves will need adjusting. My question is what all should i have done while the shop is in there as far as valve seals, etc. I have spark plug hole seals and valve cover gasket to have replaced. I have stock cams but is there ant kind of degreeing to pull more power out of the bike? I just figure may as well replace whatever seals and do whatever possible while im in there rather than wait for things to go bad and go through it all over again. Any help is much appreciated

Nothing much, since you won't remove the head.
If everything looks ok, no reason to remove it anyway..

Check that the retainers are not cracked for peace of mind.
