What is the point of failure on these motors?

Everybody,

I have an 08 ZX10 that I am really considering turbocharging this winter. Without getting in to too many details of my plans (that would take a couple of paragraphs) I was curious around what horsepower these things fail, and what component gives out. Also, are these motors internally the same as the 04-07? I believe it was Wiseco, but I saw one company that sold pistons and listed them as being 04-08 ZX-10R.

Install forged pistons & valve springs over 250, and rods and stainless exh valves over 300 in my opinion - assuming that the tuneup is safe. I ran 300hp on stock rods with no problems. 4 qts of Rotella synthetic.
I used a PTE SCM5027, a 50 trim TO4E / T3 hybrid. On the big side, but very streetable with the .48 stg II turbine wheel. I'm switching to a PTE 6262SP, race only.

IMHO, choose according to how much power you want to make 2 years from now. Get a bit bigger compressor than you think you need. These motors don't come alive until 6500, don't limit yourself to turbos that spool at 4200.
