Did several mods and fixes.

Changed many parts as this bike had a fall from the previous owner. Reinstalled the oem exhaust while I wait for the new akra to arrive.
Main mod was a plate flipper, I might make a thread for it later but its pointless without videos so no for now. You can see the switch in the images and the 2 positions of the plate, so far working great.

Other minor mods
MRA clear screen, replaced a 100% black zero gravity which I hated, mostly its looks
Brembo oem sock
Graves spools
Vortex clutch lever
Driven oil cap

Installed Dzus button head fasteners. I will not go back to D ring or flat tip style after using these. Nice and clean...

Right, -1/+2....
I’ve had a chance to take the bike for a ride now. Wow, it’s really woken it up below ~9k rpm! It now flies. Also I’m nearly used to the GP shift, clutch less up-shifts with GP shift and the new gearing is an absolute RIOT! Roll on Laguna Seca on Monday, this is going to be a LOT of fun!

I was worried -1/+2 was going to be too much, but no. Where the GEN4 lacked torgque, it really helps it down there, up top at the PEAK will probably have to wait until Monday, if I’m being sensible.

5mins in I find someone @ a similar pace to me.... fun fun fun.

But not a happy ending for someone’s day.

Struggled like a bastard to get my quick shifter working.
After Windows 10 installs driver that don't work with Woolich, I rolled them back, I now have comms with the bike, just not ECU read/write mode. I found bypassing the QS harness fixes comms with the bike, but now I'm not sure this is the correct harness at all.

Support ticket opened with Woolich.

Had just got all the carbon on except for the rear under tail parts and the side tank panels are in the mail but it got stolen last night in van nuys off of victory so if anyone sees it please call the cops

Added Attack rearsets.

I had to get a custom +5” rear line to use with an underslung rear caliper set up. With the old Vortex it was only +3” line; in case you were going to do the same mod.

Non ABS bike right? I wanted to get rear sets for mine so I can go higher and further back, but I have an ABS Gen4, and they are known to be a pain, no spare length in the brake line.

It’s a very short pipe that goes from master to a ridged line mounted to the bike frame directly. The current rubber pipe is maybe 2-3” maximum!

Like this: (red coloring is the rubber pipe, but with special fitting at one end for rigid tubing.)
