I turned my fence into double gate doors so i can put my trailer in the back yard. Well, one portion of the gate door is fine, the other side of the door is significantly bigger and i dont know if the standard 2 hinges will hold the weight of the gate. the hinges are screwed to a 4x4 thats in cement. HOw do i support the gate, any suggestions???

If the gate is opening over a hard surface (asphalt or concrete) a wheel can be added to the end opposite the hinge. http://www.mytscstore.com/detail.asp?pcID=4&paID=1028&sonID=363&productID=1251
You can also use a taller post on the hinge side, say a 12 foot 4x4 sticking 8 feet out of the ground. Near the top of the 4x4 attach a cable that extends to the end of the gate. Sounds like this option is a little late to consider though, since you already have your post in the ground. I spent quite a bit of time getting the gate at my mom's house right. Had to move without too much resistance or the opener won't work.
