Yeah, this does not sound good. If this test goes through we can't let it go, yet we have to be careful how many fronts we are willing to fight on. Afgahn, Iraq, possibly Korea??? We could be spreading our troops and resources to thin?

We need to be feared again, no respect so fear.

Can you say limited tactical nuclear stike, sure we'll be hated but if you don't want the next L T Nuke, don't fugg with us.

I know it's not that easy but I wish it were.

We can't be beat conventionally so they go to guerrilla/terroists movements, their viewed as hereos by their own- so leave no one to cheer for them and after a few strikes lets see what happens.

Since we are the only country that uses oil:rolleyes: , and everyone likes to say the only reason that we fight is for oil, we can let them be right.

We'll go in with special equipment to shield against radiation and take the damn oil and share it with England.

Level the stupid sand box that has seen no peace in my lifetime and build a pipeline. Done.

...true, true. It just seems like whenever there is a "conflict" as of late (UN sanctioned or otherwise), we're smack dab in the middle of it....

It's a dirty job, but someone's got to do it.

That seems kind of likely in the future too- keep letting the ILLEGAL aliens stream in and watch it come.

There is not one country in the world where an American can just show up and say I'm here, I'm staying and I want full rights and services.

Maybe civil war will be rich -vs- poor when the middle class completely disappears.

Or maybe over religion- the great separator.

Wait... I think we're already in a "cold" civil war.:helmet:

How old is this awesome song- 87ish?

Gus N Roses - Civil War Lyrics

"What we've got here is failure to
communicate.
Some men you just can't reach...
So, you get what we had here last week,
which is the way he wants it!
Well, he gets it!
N' I don't like it any more than you men." *

Look at your young men fighting
Look at your women crying
Look at your young men dying
The way they've always done before

Look at the hate we're breeding
Look at the fear we're feeding
Look at the lives we're leading
The way we've always done before

My hands are tied
The billions shift from side to side
And the wars go on with brainwashed pride
For the love of God and our human rights

And all these things are swept aside
By bloody hands time can't deny
And are washed away by your genocide
And history hides the lies of our civil wars

D'you wear a black armband
When they shot the man
Who said "Peace could last forever"
And in my first memories
They shot Kennedy
I went numb when I learned to see
So I never fell for Vietnam
We got the wall of D.C. to remind us all
That you can't trust freedom
When it's not in your handsWhen everybody's fightin'
For their promised land

And
I don't need your civil war
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor
Your power hungry sellin' soldiers
In a human grocery store
Ain't that fresh
I don't need your civil war

Look at the shoes your filling
Look at the blood we're spilling
Look at the world we're killing
The way we've always done before
Look in the doubt we've wallowed
Look at the leaders we've followed
Look at the lies we've swallowed
And I don't want to hear no more

My hands are tied
For all I've seen has changed my mind
But still the wars go on as the years go by
With no love of God or human rights
'Cause all these dreams are swept aside
By bloody hands of the hypnotized
Who carry the cross of homicide
And history bears the scars of our civil wars

"WE PRACTICE SELECTIVE ANNIHILATION OF MAYORS AND GOVERNMENT
OFFICIALS
FOR EXAMPLE TO CREATE A VACUUM
THEN WE FILL THAT VACUUM
AS POPULAR WAR ADVANCES
PEACE IS CLOSER" **

I don't need your civil war
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor
Your power hungry sellin' soldiers
In a human grocery store
Ain't that fresh
And I don't need your civil war
I don't need your civil war
I don't need your civil war
Your power hungry sellin' soldiers
In a human grocery store
Ain't that fresh
I don't need your civil war
I don't need one more war

I don't need one more war
Whaz so civil 'bout war anyway

So who needs me?
I need me, the civil war is raging.
Peoples houses are blazing.

"And the pipline is still gushing!!"

I do agree someone has to do it, and it will be us. Yet I seem to recall hearing that we are currently stretced pretty thin, so it seems that a very precise air bombardment (sp its late) would be in order. If this test goes off, and we don't act swiftly Iran will take that as a go.

Really don't want to see any of this happen. I'm praying that cooler heads will prevail, but I wouldn't go to Vegas on the odds.

Yeah, maybe we should. Heck, Iran and N. Korea deserve to be nuclear powers, don't they. I mean they wouldn't be crazy and use them against a neighboring country, now would they? Nah....

Silly maybe, maybe not. These are trying times, sad but it seems that world leaders are playing the game "Risk."

Actually the world was a much safer place during the "Cold War" when there was just 2 Major Super Powers. Now you have a bunch of nutcases in charge of nutcases all trying to be the next super power. I'm getting to the point of saying you want nukes we'll give em to you and make your country a nice quiet place for the next 10,000 years.

I know I don't want these pukes to be our new masters....

When sh*t hits the fan there is no doubt that we will rise to the occasion. Without question if the gloves were to come off the middle east fighting would be over now.

If the Israel where allowed to, they could about handle it by themself.

I'll ignore MadHatter little girl giggling because as a country, Australia has a big set and will be with us when the chips are down.

Easy for you to say- when was the last time Australia was dragged through the mud on the world stage?

Very true. Stop the PC, ignore the ninnys in the press, and :thefinger the UN and the rest of the panty waists.

Have to disagree with you on this AK, Isreal has lost the political will, much as the US has. They have the same problems we do with the same groups listed above.
