Hey guys, did some searching around and it looks like most tracks have a dB limit of about 94? Just wanted to see what your opinions are on decent slip ons for a 2011 that would ensure I stay within the limit. I will be hitting mostly west coast tracks I think. I was looking on Arrows and Leo Vinces site, but they don't seem to have any dB ratings. I have an AR pipe on my other gen4, and from what I have seen and have heard it is too loud. Plus, when I wad it up sometime I don't want to trash a $1200 pipe. Any input is greatly appreciated.

I had Yoshimura slipons with inserts on my Gen2 and it failed
with a 96db at AMP's 94db max.

I really did not think the Yosh's where that loud.

I put the stock cans back on but they don't do db readings
sound days anymore, you just get black flagged during a track day
if you blow the meter.

So far with the stock cans I've not had any issues and
they issued me a sound cert for not getting black flagged.

This sound stuffs a pain. Specially if they don't do
sound test days before. So you just don't know where
you are at.

Perhaps the 2 can's and high exit on your Gen 2 was the issue with the Yosh can's, my son's Yosh never has a problem and can run by the meter at full throttle. I have noticed that the Yosh exhaust can be different even with the sound insert. My Gen 1 has a Yosh on it and I'm not sure it would pass it's definitely a lot louder than my son's gen 3.
