Track bike project under way

Bought a 2nd 2016 ZX10R to build for a track specific bike..I still havent decided if it will be just track days or come completely out of retirement and start racing competitively again.
Round 1 of build, we Installed a full Hindle exhaust system, Woolich race flash and 2WDW block off plates. Nels tuned her at 2WheelDynoWorks. Shes not fully broken in, 200 easy miles on her, but still some nice numbers. Will be nice to see the gains when shes loosened up after 1,000 or so miles. 168 stock, 191.5 tuned. Next round of goodies will be an Ohlins rear Shock dialed in for my 230 lbs and front springs along with a manual Ohlins steering damper and get rid of that turd stocker... then rest the goodies after that...had so much fun getting back on the track on my other Gen 5, turned some pretty decent lap times at the Ridge after being away for so long, so I just had to build a track bike. Racing was such a big part of my life from late 80s through the 90s...felt damn good to feel "that high" again...the Bug is back...big time :)

How do you like the hindle when compared to the yoshimura?
If memory serves me correctly it pulled a few more than the stock pipe and the yoshimura alpha on the black bike.

The black bike with the 3/4 Alpha Yosh is at a lil over 192 RWHP. it also has 2700 miles and a track day so shes loosened up pretty well. This had 1/2 peak HP less. I kind of baby'd it for 200 miles then took it to him so its not had a chance to loosen up at all. It will definitely have more HP in 1,000 or so miles. What we did notice on the comparable graphs of the 2 bikes was it had 5 more HP from 6'00 to 8,000 rpms then it pretty much matched rest the way up the RPMs. so that stock Titanium header is good no doubt, but the full Hindle looks to be just a lil better. we shall see and I will share after shes broken completely in.
