I hit the limiter at 14000rpm and makes power up to 13700 ( 192whp SAe scale).
My modifications are:
-Ported head
-KRT head gasket
-Krt intake valves
-Krt race ecu
-Krt generator
-Kaw32 cams
-Leovince WSBK spec full exhaust
-Individual cylinder tuning
-Stm slipper clutch
I guess, that my 190whp is not that bad in this case.

Currently the exhaust was put on the bike with new OEM exhaust gaskets, but those seems to be a bit restrictive, because its inside diameter does not match the head and exhaust combo. This is something that is on my list to get fixed, and it may gain a tiny bit more power.

I have done this when i had an Arata full exhaust
I didn t notice any gain but u could do it cause it helps to mental health :grin2::grin2::grin2::grin2::grin2::grin2:

We will see, because it will be put on the dyno again.

Not to mention that I need to have a second mapping on the PC with the dB killer installed in the exhaust, as some tracks have noise limits around here. I am curious how much power will be lost because of that.

Too high? Too low? :dontknow:

Only did those modifications that I already mentioned before: fully ported and flow matched head, thin head gasket, KAW32 cams, full Akrapovic system and a K&N filter.

From the dyno chart, I see that by extending the rev limiter, it would make more power most probably. The valvetrain got all new parts including brand new valve springs, so +500rpm might work, but for now I want to keep it as reliable as possible, so not touching the limiter for now.
Which K&N Filter? Street or RACE?

You guys seriously lol this is my stockbore G3 really it is, I wouldn't normally post this as it's not my usual dyno and it is a little optimistic to say the least. All dynos read different to an extent.
A completely stock engine g3 ZX10r how much hp makes out at your dyno?
Where i dynoed mine the stock ones makes out around 160hp at sae scale or 168hp at DIN scale

LOL i normally use the dyno at BSD which is a 250i, reason being that's the dyno MCN use so it's a good baseline to the figures you read in the MCN. But I am out in Belgium this year for the year so I used this guys dyno over the border in Holland. Its reading high for sure that's the only reason I posted it up. No it's not a stock engine only a stock bore, lightened balanced and edged crank, G4 pistons rods throttle bodies, decked and ported head, WSB inlet valves & G4 exhaust valves, I machined the head for +1mm inlet buckets and with some dremel work got the Kent Kawi 35's in at 112-112 it's torque curve that makes it absolute bliss! But I did a similar build with Kent 32's which did 190 at BSD I think this around 195 realistically. The dyno guys say it's The same power as a 2019 KRT out the crate. 😏 I'm not so sure but I only posted this to raise the point all dynos are different.

G4 throttle bodies works good for you ??i am about to do the same plus lightening and balancing the crankshaft.
I also have a KRT gearbox to drop in.
What’s the difference between gen3 -4 exhaust valves??flow gains?
My goal is to make same power as the 2021 Zx10r out the crate 😜😜😂😂😂

Finally had some time to put the GoPro videos together and upload them to YouTube.

The first test ride with the new bike was at the beginning of the week. All I can say is wow, I mean WOW!!! When I got WOT in the straight at first, I was scared like hell... was not prepared to what happened. Just grabbed the handlebars as much as I could to stay alive.

It will still take some time to do suspension fine tuning and getting used to the bike totally, but my first impressions are real good.

Here is some footage:
