The first pass it must have wheelied on ya cause that could have been a fairly decent pass. On these other passes when did you come on with the spray? Before 300FT? I believe so. I can see you were on and off the spray. Pull that strap tight as you fuggen can and slip the hell out of that clutch!! You know as well as I do seat time is key. My suggestion would be to go out some place (backroad) by yourself and just practice leaving from a dead stop, don't run a full pass or nothing just your launching. Yeah, your going to go through clutches but it is the only way your going to learn. I like to have some heat in the clutch it tends to slip alittle better, a cold clutch wants to grab and I usually wheelie on my first pass off the trailer.

Is that stretched? If so the 60FT's need to be atleast in the 1.5 range. Keep practicing dude. I know you just got the new setup. :helmet:

If everybody is going to post time slips I can't be left out. The weekend I ran the 1/4 mile the air wasn't that good, but if I would have had the same 60FT and 330FT as I did on my 1/8 mile time slips I would have been in the 9.5-9.6 range!!!

On that pass you had mentioned Ruthless I think I bogged it a little thus explaining the decent 60 but bad time at the 1/8th.

Your the man around here on a stock wheelbase for sure..

Thanks R R, :eek:ccasion1 and the good news is I have allot of room left to improve on my current setup for the first part of the track as you stated, hopefully at a whole new level by next year.

yea on the turbo bike i gave up on even looking at the 60. I could have the same et with a 1.70 or a 1.55 :dontknow: I was going to a track with a 330 clock with that bike though. I 330'ed 3.90's to 4.10's on that bike.. It would go the back half in 2.85 though..and sometimes pick up nearly 40 mph.. :eyecrazy:

About a month ago I worked on a turbo 'busa for a guy. He wanted me to take it to the track, but he didn't want to buy a good tire so I never took it. I road it on the skreet though and that thing was a monster. It was a intercooled system it made about 10-12 lbs of boost.
