i was thinking about using a tail bag or something along those lines. i dont really want to wear a backpack that far. has anyone else or does anyone have one?

one more thing is there any nice twisties around that we can hit up while we are there. there isnt to many here in NM. man i miss the east coast:dontknow:

no twisties in NM? crap, take a ride north to CO if u want real twisties!! east coast roads suck compared to out west... w/ the exception of the gap.

i always use a tank bag. throw some water in there & some granola bars.. lots of stops to stretch.

i did a 10hr day on my R1 a few years back in CO, wasnt bad @ all. as long as its not all highway stuff. keep hydrated & go fast. :badteeth:

theres a few good places to ride here. Dave{ sodia} knows them. theres a lot of motels to say at. one tip here. its getting nice out here and its that time of year for the low life to start stealing bikes. where ever you stay at. keep it lock up and ask about security for your bike.
