Hey everyone this is my first post so go easy on me.
i have an 08 candy plasma blue 10r and i already know im gonna catch some flak for this but even though im 6'5" 260 i cant get enough of supersport bikes had the busa the zx14 and they just dont do it for me. i need to turn and wheelie its just like a drug to me.

my question is how would i go about setting up my front and rear suspension to accomodate my size and stature. im very strong and athletic so i know how to throw this thing into turns no problem i just want it to be more comfy and not feel like such a task.

any help would be great thanks!

enter your bike info and weight and it will tell you what springs you need.
DO NOT use what racetech recommanded for your 08 zx10r.huge mistake on their website.

the stock fork spring length is 235mm from what i measured, but racetech said it is 273mm.

the stock shock spring rate they said is 9.1KG/MM,and they recommanded 10.06 rate spring for my weight(110lbs),its totally wrong!! I get ttx36 with 8.0 rate spring now,I set the rider sag 25mm with the 15mm free sag now,it seems even 8.0kg/mm spring is still a little stiff for my weight.so i call 10.06kg/mm a BS for the 110lbs riders.
