I weigh about the same usually, the stock setup is close for me, the little bumps are a little harsh but planting the power down isnt a problem with some clutch control , I am minus one turn on front and rear compression from stock.

For drag racing you have to balance the grip level with the shift in weight, obviously softer on the rear will help grip but also make the bike squat , shifting more weight to the rear and also changing the bikes rake , to compensate for this drag racers lower the front to keep the bike from wheelieing , but then this also shifts weight from the rear tire giving up some grip.Its a juggling act.!!

Trial and error is the best way .
