Here are a couple of pictures 1 week after my bicep surgery!I now have screws in my arm to hold the muscle to the bone,looks like my riding for this summer is pretty much over!:sad:

that sucks dude heal up fast and don't get hooked on the pain meds! she'll(the bike) be waiting 4 ya'.
Thanks bro! I normally dont take the pain meds but this time Ive had to! Gonna try to do everything the 10r needs between now n then so she will be fresh and ready!

man, what happen?. There will be plenty of time to ride after you heal up.
Hyperextended my elbow,tore bicep in two and detatched the ligaments from the bone! Got titanium screws holding it to the bone.Thanks again for the support guys,Its gonna be a long summer.

Welcome to the Hardware club. :lol: I have plate in my leg held with titanium screws. Take it easy and let it heal right.

A bit of physio exercises when u are ready will make it heal faster. Can,t tell when u should start that but gets everything used to moveing again

dude...take it from me.4 knee surguries..........yeah!!.......don't get hooked on them meds......save them for physical therapy........goin through that is painful....but it IS THE ONLY THING,.........that will get you back full range of motion with strength............do do do do..the therapy......Religously.........you'll be good!
heal up quick bro................

Thanks again guys! Im supposed to start the PT the 2nd week of June its already moving better just a little weak,and the arm is kinda favorin the arm of a 12 year old boys!Its gotten kinda small:badteeth:

Be patient with your recovery and make sure its fully healed before you start working hard again. What were you doing that caused all that?

I was acting like im 20 again and pushed someone who is 20 and bigger than me and it tore the inner bicep in half (rolled up like fruit roll up in my elbow)and detached the tendons from the the bone on the forearm.:badteeth:

Dr Marushack with Orthopaedic Speacialist,he did a great job he called the next morning about 8am to make sure I could bend and feel my fingers because rite after surgery I couldnt!Hes a really good guy I highly recomend him!

I had Dr. Supple for my rotator and collar bone surgery...i had surgery on friday afternoon and when i went in monday for a check up he got on me about not moving my arm and stuff...i recommend him as well and i will go back to him for my 2nd surgery on my left arm
