And he chose the correct color too- glad he knows radar better than model years of bikes though- calls an 05 an 06.

http://www.radarbusters.com/support/speedlabs-2006/stealth-ninja.asp

The Stealth Ninja's Escort radar detector and H.A.R.D. system was able to detect instant on radar at distances greater then two miles away.

The Lidatek LE-30 jammer was tested and was able to "jam to gun" as the bike approached the officer from the 1000 foot cones.

They are also "stealthing" the van from the cannonball run for the 2007 CB run.

Sweet but damn the price is alittle more than I wanna spend. I guess if you ride full throttle everywhere than it will pay for itself.

...anyone else noticed that sometimes "brake lights" can set these laser detecting radar detectors off??? Only reason I say that is sometimes my V1 does that crap, and I'm setting at a red light behind other cars. Mysteriously, it stops bitchin' at me when the brake light on the car in front of me goes out...

Anyone know who makes the undertail on the "stealth ninja"? Looks pretty good. And Im wondering how well laser jammers work, as I have had 2 speeding tickets in the last 6 months, driving my car. I dont want to throw money away on crap.

maybe those cars have the back up radar? not sure why it would be active at a stop unless it tries to warn if someone is too close:dontknow:

I don't think that's it, as the V1 isn't sounding the radar tone, but the laser tone....:dontknow:

:+1: I probably should have worded that differently. Anyone have personal experience w/ laser jammers?

Ahhh..got it- yes it would be nice to hear a testimonial, but I've been watching RadarRoy's site for a while now, ordered 2 stem mounts from them.

Seem pretty trustworthy and the testing SEEMS legit and fairly realistic.

Just cause they sell it doesn't mean they rave over things automatically either.

On the whistler motorcycle detector test he was fairly critical of the unit but said in a nut shell, it is better than nothing, compact, waterproof and a decent option on a bike.
