Hey guys here recently my 05 zx10 has been idleing rough sounds like its miss firing. So i decided to check each header tube right to left standing in front of the bike. After leting the bike warm up for 30sec here is what i got below which is weird. I wouldve thought the temps read closer to each or is this normal? I havent check the fuel pump but it primes like it should and pulls good threw the gears to rev limiter.

Cyl#1 - 178.3
Cyl#2 - 176.0
Cyl#3 - 194.0
Cyl#4 - 217.2

Any advice on what it could be will be appreciated.

check throttle sync, ck cranking compression, adj valves as needed, get injectors cleaned/flowed. restore idle balance/power.

Just check the valves and sync the tb's so doubt thats it. Did some more checking and found cyl #1 feels colder than the rest. Would that cause idle to be rough?
