installed the scorpio i900 last week, and had my friend test the shock, peri senseor, etc. Seems like there is a couple second delay between someone triggering the alarm and the actual alarm going off. for instance, my friend started bumping the bike to set off the shock alarm, but it took about 3 seconds for it to sound. has anyone else experienced that?

Depending on where the alarm is located in the bike and how hard he was "bumping" it. it is normal. Check the manual, I do believe there is a way to increase the sensitivity on the shock sensor thru the remote..

its not the sensitivity of the alarm, busacaptain... its the delay between the event that triggers the alarm, and the sounding of the alarm. a light shock will still set the alarm off, just that it happens 2-3 seconds AFTER the shock occurs.
