Ordered some goodies from Mike at RD after lots of correspondence via email and phone calls.
He took the time to answer some questions.
He gave me sound advice.
He didn't use the "bash the opponent" technique to sell me anything.
Very professional.
Very fast shipping.
Very Fair prices!

I will be doing business with them again!!!

Thank you!

Don't buy anything from Mike. His prices and service are just too damn addictive.

Maybe it's just me but I've never had to stretch the exhaust pipe to fit over the factory header.

This is butting it up to the header. I would have to do some serious mods to the M4 to get it to stretch over the header if at all possible. AND at that point I doubt if the clamp would slide over it.

Solutions???

Not sure. Can't remember. My last exhaust was a full system and it came with a donut ring.
If I recall correctly the slip on do not. They're just metal to metal.
I ended up installing it without the insulator. That's how it has to go.

Yup, I agree.

The graphite gasket comes off the header. It's metal-to-metal slip fit. Might need some high temp silicone to help it seal fully, but most of the time it's not needed.

If it's th M4 GP it goes over with no graphite bushing.
