I am putting on my akro full exhaust and I am wondering if I have to pull the radiator or not. It looks like a tight fit.

thanks guys, I ll prob just get it lose enough to move out of the way since I dont want to fully remove it and redo the coolant. I will combine that with the cardboard idea. Anyone know the specs on torque for those bolts?

just remove the bottom bracket off at the rad, I also removed 1 bracket on each side that holds the coolant lines, 2 bolts each, made life a little easier.
Take the winscreen off, and the guage cluster, then remove 3 bolts on top of nose cone and pull the light plugs, and remove the headlights and cone all together.
I learned a while ago, that the few extra bolts to access stuff, seems more involved than necessary, but makes life easier and is actually faster in most cases
