removing leaf springs from clutch

hello
has anyone tried to remove 1 or more leaf springs from the clutch ?

I want to try because I think the clutch doesn't work properly on heavy breaking and the wheel tends to block
obviously on track

you want to make the slipper clutch less strong so it drags less..

look in the manual, I knew how to do it on a gixxer but my gen4 is fine.
Yes, my doubt is about keeping the spring cutting the edge or just removing it
There should be a way of adjusting it. Also in the woolich if you can adjust the gear idle you can raise that and should help...
it's not only a matter of idle rpm
the clutch seems to not working good at heavy breaking, it's my opinion, just wanted to hear other opinions
Simply removed?
Yep, just removed one of the springs (black 3 prong piece of steel). Also lowered the engine braking.

That should be a substantial enough change to notice. If it isn't enough I'd take some engine braking out.

I would go 1 at a time....

you could end up with the clutch slipping under acceleration

slipping ?

why ? If you read the Racing Manual it says :

The back-torque limiter operating condition can
be changed by changing the total thickness of clutch plates and changing the number of
leaf springs

I know about people using only 1 spring
