hi ...
I want to change my calipers of my zx10 05 with R1 08 calipers.... Have someone do what? What modificatios i will need? Is the holes the same distance?

Not gonna happen, the mounting holes are spaced wider on the R1 six piston calipers. ZX10R forks are spaced 108mm apart. If you want six piston radial calipers, ISR and PVM make 108MM spaced 6 piston radial calipers.

You could look into the possibility of swapping forks, wheel, fender and brakes from a R1.

OK i have find the answer....
the zx10 '05 holes is 108mm and the R1 '08 is 120mm..
so....is not posible to install

I have never seen adaptors for that type of thing, that does not mean they are not out there, but honestly the R-1 brakes frowm what I heard are not that good, you would be better upgrading to the Nissin Calipers, IMHO those are the best OEM caliper (Besides the Brembo m4's ) out there.
