I installed a Dynojet quick shifter on an 04 zx10. The quickshifter is suppose to fit behind the stock shifter arm, I believe? But when shifting it hits just enough to make the quickshifter want to spin a little. I haven't driven it yet, but I am afraid that the shifter will eventually rub the wires from the quick shifter.
Is there something wrong here?

Is the QS mounted at the knuckle or back at the lever?

In this pick of my 08 I have it at the Knuckle. It would not work if fitted at the lever, not enough clearance "clarence".

Also with the left handed threads the sensor would only fit at the knuckle.

It on an 04 with stock rear sets. It doesn't stop me from shifting into gear, just rubs a little as it passes the QS.
