went to the local dealer the other day to ask about price on valve clearance check. i told the guy at the desk that my valve cover is leaking. he suggested i buy the gasket and bring it in when its time to do the valves. went to ronayers.com to see what i need. from this diagram

http://fiche.ronayers.com/Index.cfm/Module/Main/TypeID/26/Type/Motorcycle/MakeID/3/Make/Kawasaki/YearID/46/Year/2005/ModelID/3527/Model/Ninja_ZX-10R/GroupID/101444/Group/Cylinder_Head_Cover

i know i need the actual gasket, and plug holes. but do i also need the pins? #92043

No, you won't need the pins but I'd replace part #92055-1352 HEAD COVER BOLT O-RING. I've had some seepage on these o-rings before. Not all the time, but sometimes.

You shouldnt need those unless they are damaged which most likely they are not..... just the gaskets will do the trick...... those are metal dowel pins.....
