Since I am trying to sell the 6 I decided I should run the 10 at the track today. I have always been more comfortable on the 10 and it is just a better bike, but man was it a blast. So much more power, it was easy to get around people and despite having the level 1 guys park it in the corners (level 2 was already sold out) I still turned in some decent lap times.

I tracked my 08 today also. Freakin' awesome track bike!

Handles like a 600 with the litre bike power.

Its only downfall is shredding rear tires!

I run the training wheels class, and will continue until I'm confident I don't pose a threat to better riders.

I ran Talladega on Sunday. The weather was awesome.
Bastard - I was looking at the bike on Sunday. Rode for about 10 minutes on Saturday - before my wife's accident I would have ridden 300 miles both Saturday and Sunday.
You about 2 hours from Tally?
My buddy goes down to Atlanta - said it's amazing.

could not find the damn mirrors... I looked for them all damn day!


J/K. I know, and actually the better piece of advice I heard was try to put your chin on the clip on. You won't really be able to, but it makes you lean down that much further and really helps get lower. Worked for me near the end of the day when I was really working on that part of my body positioning.

At least your shoulders are shifted and outside arm looks good.

Kills me to see someone move their hips and leave the upper body
neutral.

I didn't get any professional pics. Should have, all mine are blurry or
too far away.

Did you get your suspension setup? I let Superbike Suspension do mine.
Cost me $80, but it's balanced and working together now. From what I
remember when I spoke with you, we are about the same weight (I think).
215-220 lbs

just got in from thunderhill just now; AWESOME day! the 08 is a beast, i was reeling and passing ducs all day long; i thought they had torque?:mrgreen:

I have not yet resprung my rear (haha) and find that it feels unsettled.

Dude you got raped... yes I had my suspension setup by Roger Albert of on road/offroad suspension (he also setup my 6r) and it only costs $30 for the setup and any additional tweaking you might need later. I am only about 155 though, my 6 was sprung for 200# before I bought it.

The pics are done all the time though, Hart Photography works pretty much all the events at the tracks I ride (cars too).
