Problems after Clutch Mod install

Alright, so I just put a clutch mod in my Gen 5, when I got the nut out and pulled the slippers I knocked the clutch basket loose. Saw some clutch dust on the basket so I pulled it fully out and cleaned it out, I went to put it back in and the two prong piece that goes into the basket I turned it half way to make it easier to slide the basket back in. I slid it in making sure the holes aligned, put the basket in, the piece that goes on the back of the hub, the hub, the mod with the lip facing towards the motor, then tightened it down with an impact like they did in the Brock's video.

Put the clutch all back together and adjust the clutch, I then go and fire it up, after it fires up the red light and the oil canister and coolant were lit as it was running, coolant I knew was because of the temp being cold but it ran for about 5-10 seconds with it on. I shut it down, looked through the owners manual to confirm that was the FI light then started it for a couple of seconds to just check to make sure it was the oil light.

When I installed that mod what did I do incorrectly to cause any issue?

Ended up being somehow the pegs didn't seat into the basket. I've got to replace that piece but I'm going to see if the one off my gen motor will fit.
