Just wondering how good the power one is from handling to life of the tire and if $150 is a good price for a rear tire I don't race just for street riding??ccasion1
Can't speak about the street version but they are basically a new & improved Pilot Power 2CT so they should be more than enough for 99.9% of street riding and mileage depends on lots of things so I think that's hard to say.
From what I've seen, if that's a new, unused tire $150 is a very good price.
For street use, you need to make sure it is the street compound as a race compound would not perform as well on the street. Not to mention the heat cycles would kill it and you would never even get it up to operating temperature on the street.
Phastone You said you rode the DOT's at the track right ? How much better are than the old 2CTs and did you use tire warmers? Any wet track experience with these?
I am thinkin of going with these or the Pirellis.
