I have a Pit-Bull Restraint System Wide Frame. It applies to many wider bikes like Buells, some Ducatis and Harleys. Check the chart in the link below:

Note: All else you need to get from pit-bull is the floor mounting kit ($34) and specific pins for your bike ($80) and you're set. Best way to transport your bike, period.

No you need the standard pitbull frame.
