Have you tried swapping the pistons in the sticky location to help pinpoint the issue? Also check to make sure there's no fluid blockage for that piston chamber.
Piston stuck after seal change
Hi. 2009 zx10r. I changed the seals on the brake pistons and there is one piston still slow to move and takes a lot of strength to push back. I've tried different seals to no avail. Anyone recommend what I should try? I have tried cleaning and using red grease to no avail. Should I be trying a new piston?

I haven't tried swapping pistons. I did remove the dust seal and try and still a bit stiff for a new seal but slight improvememt
