Sure as hell hope they put it on a diet, the current/last gen was heavy!

I bought a 2017 Ninja 1000, love the bike, but am having a hell of a time getting the locks for the bags set up.
I'm thinking they have sent the wrong lock kit, it can't be this difficult.

Anyone have issues with the bag locks?
