Install facile 10/10
Programmation 5/10 "doc pas tres explicite"
Utilisation temp de reponsse 10/10

The french version of El Diablo???? Good photo's...probably a good "how to" post on the PC and Accuman gear indicator if you can read french.

jcinfo :welcome:

As you might have guessed very few if any members can read the french language so perhaps an english version would be helpful.

Need a translation ?

Ok guys, I'm in a good mood so here's da translation :

Ok, a couple of pics of the item to mount

1- plug to the FI ramp

2-Wire routing and connection to the batery
I didn't follow the instructions. Too ...easy to see (remember that in France , we are supposed to ride with only 100hp  and that obviously, we all do...  )

3-Hey, a KN !

4-the PC.
1 the PC 2 the exhaust-valve command 3 alarm (behind , in the plastic)

5-general overwview of the area : I'm keeping some room available....so to speak

6-Relocating the altimeter : bolt on the turn signal box with the OEM mounting rubber damper.

That's it ! It's a kind of Pain in The A.. but I keek all the room in the underseat !

Had to Bring up this old Posted Thread:

I just installed a Datatool Digi Gear Indicator

These Pictures helped me install the Gear Idicator in a snap, even though the french dude installed a Accuman and Mine is a Datatool, they are both solder type, Not Plug and Go.

Chapter 16-68 or page 527 in the ZX-10R Service Manual has the instrument cluster, (Indicator Unit), Wiring Diagram with the wires numbered and with a discription to where the wire goes, with color codes.

With this discription everyone should not be afraid to cut and solder. I installed mine in less than an hour, but it took me 2 hours to find enough information in this forum.
I mounted mine in the same location, the Datatool indicator is much larger.

I love knowing what gear I'm in.
Datatool Digi Gear Indicator Rocks. :helmet:
Too Bad Thier web site and instructions suck. Not ZX-10R Specific..................... :BangHead: :1848: :moon: :rocketwho
