can someone tell me why the water pump is not pictured or listed on the parts group pdf(s) any where

Considering that the water pump is driven off the same shaft that the oil pump is driven from, and the cover for it is created by the water pump housing, it's appropriately placed. Given that Kawasaki includes the water pump in that group for the last several decades for all their bikes, I could've saved you the 10 mins of searching for it if I had seen this before now. But good job finding what you were searching for!!! :helmet:
