Usually valve float, which means bent valves, which usually means dropping one into a cylinder, which can result in a hole in a piston.

Or stretched rod bolts, which means a cap comes off, which throws a rod through the side of the motor, which can put oil onto a hot header, which results in a fire, which lets the bike burn down like in the video.

He was not actually over-revving the bike he was bouncing it off the rev-limiter.

That kind of shit happens all night long during MotoGP in Cheste outside of Valencia

Sometimes there will even be 5 or 6 bikes doing it at the same time with a conductor of the orchestra at the front!

Whatever you wanna call it, it's dumb.:lol: and on an unloaded motor like that, the inertia can allow it to over rev slightly.

No one compares pro bike with superbikes. Possible to compare riders. Ask a pro rider about local riders that jump into their race.

I will occasionally rev bomb when going through tunnels but it is nothing like in the video.
