How would that work does the gen5 fit directly onto the gen4 or is there modification needing to be done to bolt up?

You'll have to swap out subframe, complete tail fairing for it to work.

How much those usually go for flashed and such?

Most charge 350 and up for ecu flash with variable tunes to choose from. I sent you pm on more info.
