Stock forks/rear shock. Michelin Pilot Pures. Rider 200lbs with gear.

Can you please tell me good STREET suspension setup including sag for my weight? What psi tires? I bought this bike used from someone heavier than me and I know the rear feels very stiff and almost no sag. Front feels somewhat close.

Thank you!

Starting sag is usually 30-35mm, both front and rear, then you adjust it to your liking. I have 2CTs and I have 36 PSI in both tires.

You should aim for ~35 mm front rider sag and 25-30mm rear. You the C-spanner to back out the preload on rear shock. If it isn't enough, change the spring. For the compression and rebound settings stick with default settings from owners manual and use it as a baseline.
