Alright guys my bike is making good power but even at 220 suited I can't seem to keep the front of the bike on the ground.

Bike is a 04 zx10 sitting at about 67-68 inches with a busa shock

I am getting good 60fts 1.38 or so but it keeps coming up even at half track if the spray hits and its only a 40 shot. I know thee are guys that are lighter than me going way faster at my wheelbase. Need some advice

Sounds like you think your weight is helping with wheelies, that is actually incorrect. The heavier you are the more the bike is going to try and wheelie, that extra weight is harder to get moving, so getting that weight moving is trying to pull the bike over, instead of letting it go forward. Is Tue bike squating enough? When the spray hits you want the shock to absorb the extra power and squat the bike, if the bike can't squat its either going to start spinning the tire, or in your case throws you in a wheelie.

Can you get some video/pics to see what the bike looks like as it's lifting? I personally would go stiffer on the shock. My problem used to be the bike would squat to much, pivoting at the swingarm and lifting the front end. Now it doesn't squat as much but would have to pivot at the axle to lift the front end. If that makes sense.
