Hello- a buddy of mine (oneSLOW10) and I are trying to install HID in our bikes. We are determined to do it without modifying the back of the headlight or modifying the caps that screw on the back of the headlights for a clean, professional install.

My question is, how do we bring the ends that attach to the h7 bulbs out through the grommet underneath? I've seen the headlight wiring harness being sold apart from the headlights so I know it comes out, but it's getting stuck on something when we attempt to pull it through.

Once they're out from the bottom, we'll attach them to the harness and fish the HID connectors back up through as the OEM wires once did.

I'll check back in 30 - 60 min, thanks in advance!

Yea aint.

looks like the starrotors kit will need to be cut then soldered with some nice long wire for this install to be stealth. Then you can run the ballasts back under the rear seat. After today I am not sure if I want this anymore. Might sell. I will just stick some Kem-Lights on the front :badteeth: Kawi made there headlight assembly so faggish. Well if you want to do it the fast way with wires exposed then your str8 but to make it clean with no wires in sight, ahhhh that's a long rainy day project....
