For the tail, I would recommend some RTV...on the top of the taillight. Then wrap it with a non-residue-leaving tape nice and tight all around the end of the tail sucking the plastics and light tight together then leave it to set up overnight. I think you will prefer it to the tape.

Thanks for the tip.
I used the foam to fill up the gap that is between the light and the plastic cowl.
The light doesn't fit perfect into the tail section as you can see.

Is this RVT stuff a 2 part epoxy or something?

RTV= Room Temperature Vulcanizer (silocone)

For me at least, this has been the best solution thus far for my Sharkskinz with an aftermarket light. It's enough to drive ya nuts seeing it out of wack or not tight together.

Ok thanks for the advise i'm gonna buy some of that stuff and give it a whirl :)
